I am still on the Farmer’s market kick. I have something easy for you to try. Everything in this recipe can come from the market but yogurt. But that is easy to find at any grocery store. So here is my secret: if you have eaten dip at my house….that was yogurt and not sour cream!

Easy Yogurt Veggie Dip
Make this quick veggie dip, featuring yogurt as a base, for tailgates, showers and parties.
Nutritional Highlights: The spinach in this dip contains A, C and K, plus potassium and fiber, and
the yogurt helps cut calories and carbohydrates. And with all the Veggies to dip….You can’t go wrong!
2 cups plain full fat yogurt
10 ounces chopped spinach
⅓ cup onion, minced
½ cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup red or green pepper, diced
½ cup of Dill
1 envelope (about 1 ounce) vegetable soup mix
raw vegetables for dipping of your choice
- In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients except raw veggies.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve as a dip.
