Drink of Water, Anyone?




Last summer my sister, mother, and I drank this fat burning water combo. We did this from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We were all very faithful to this process. We would call each other to see how it was going. We made new batches every week and drank them down. So did it work? Yep it worked! We all lost weight during the summer. Now why didn’t we do this in the fall? We have no idea. All of the ingredients were really fresh during the summer and very accessible. But you know why I think it worked? We drank so much WATER! As much water as we consumed, anybody would lose weight. But it is much easier when it taste refreshing! Hey the containers with the spouts on the outside are on sale at Big Lots! Go get you one!
Here is the recipe. Try it for yourself…..
• 1/2 gallon water
• 2 grapefruits
• 1 orange, sliced
• ½ cucumber, sliced
• 3 peppermint or mint leaves
• Ice

Rinse, slice, and peel cucumber, grapefruit, and orange. Combine all ingredients in a half gallon pitcher. Allow the ingredients to sit overnight for maximum benefits. Drink throughout the day.  Re-cut new ingredients every 7 days.
